We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.

5. Third Party Gateways

When you connect a gateway that provider also receives transaction data per their own privacy policy. Review each gateway's policy before connecting.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for session management and analytics only. No advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing unumpay@devsinc.com.

8. Data Retention

Transaction data retained for 7 years for compliance. Account data deleted within 30 days of account closure.

9. AI Assistant

Our website offers an AI assistant that answers questions about UnumPay. When you use it, the question you type is sent to a third-party AI provider, which processes it outside your country of residence in order to generate a reply. We store the questions asked and the answers given so we can improve the assistant and our documentation.

The assistant answers only from UnumPay’s published help content. It has no access to any merchant account, transaction or payment data.

Please do not enter personal details, card numbers, API keys or other confidential information into the assistant.
